	Dear Ed and Scott, With today's market place being so effected by the global economy, my husband and I, like to consider America as still, the greatest country in the world. In saying this we always ask our selves how we can help bring this great country back on track. Its one simple key ingredient that can help what this country was based on, its service! It has diminished in the last 15 years, due to the American life style. On Friday We walked in to Luxury Motors to look at a 2006 Maserati from your salesman Sal Villarruel. From the time we walked into Luxury Motors, he was extremely helpful and informative. He had a way about him that made us feel very comfortable about purchasing a vehicle from him. Although we were looking at a lower price for the vehicle, he was firm about not lowering the price and explained the reasons why. I would say that this for us was a very good experience and Sal did a wonderful job in closing the deal. We look forward to future dealings with Sal and Luxury Motors. We have purchased over 50 cars in our lifetime and Sal was by far, superior to everyone else, normally salesmen leave a lot to be desired and if I didn't give credit to this man, our country will never be able to recognize the difference from bad to good, so we are doing our responsibilities as a citizen of this country and so has Sal, he makes Luxury Motors look like champs and makes people of this great country look good. Please commend him for his fine efforts, no need to have us fill out a survey, because our experience was 100% and you gained a lifetime customer. I would like to Note; Jim Anitra and Lisa are truly OUTSTANDING They have shown to care about their customers and value their position. You can tell when people like what they are doing. They are so willing to go out their way to do thing to please the customer. I love how Jim always makes sure thing needed are taken care of. I love how Anitra pleasant out-look on life show thru to everyone When she encounters, I have watched and listened from the waiting room, she is AWESOME. Lisa is a great asset when Anitra is not there, my encounter and conversation with her on the phone are always pleasant and is she very knowledge and always picks up the phone with out delay. Jim checks the warranties and make sure they are handled. He does special things for me. I truly appreciate them and they make me feel special. Again I am so very thankful to have them. I just wanted to give a quick note, people are so quick to complain but rarely take the time to say to People you are doing a GREAT JOB GREAT Job Jim, Anitra and Lisa. 	Abe, This was the second car that we purchased from Luxury Motors (we purchased a BMW Z4 from your Downer's Grove location a couple of years ago). In both experiences, we were very pleased. With our current purchase of the red 2006 330 BMW, both Zoran and Afrim were fantastic. Zoran was an excellent salesman. On the day of our purchase, we had several cars that we were interested in, he knew right where they were and had all the details with him to answer any questions. A part was missing on the roof of the car we purchased, so Zoran made sure that would be taken care of for us. Afrim was a master at financing. He was very personable, quick and efficient.
